WELCOME TO

  about

Teenagers aren’t exempt from the messiness of life. Whether it’s dealing with general life struggles, mental health, a difficult homelife, bullying, or struggles with worth and identity, we all need a place where we can go and feel seen, known, and loved. The Harbor is a safe place for students (Grades 8-12) to share their struggles and be authentic and real without fear of shame, all while being equipped with positive coping skills, support, accountability, and encouragement. Our goal at The Harbor is for every student to know that they are not alone. We want them to learn how to deal with the difficulties of life as they gain confidence and understanding of who they are.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Most people dress very casually at Chase Oaks (jeans and a t-shirt).

We cover topics such as identity, depression, anxiety, stress management, positive coping skills, boundaries, relationships, and more.

Visiting a church for the first time can be an intimidating thing. We get it. But, Chase Oaks is a “come as you are” church. We are diverse in just about every sense of the word–racial and ethnic background, life stage and lifestyle, religious background and personal doubts, addictions and struggles, and sexual identity and orientation. All of our stories are different. Each of us is on a unique journey learning more about God and His love. Whoever you are and wherever you are coming from, you are welcome here.
