- The name used for God in this passage is El Elyon (God Most High). In what ways does this passage describe God’s “most highness”?
- How do you process God being completely in control when terrible things happen? Has there been a time when this was especially confusing to you? How did it affect your faith?
- Jeff said, “It’s not that God causes every bad thing that happens, but He does filter what happens to us with His purposes in mind.
