3 Easy and Fun Preschool Bible Crafts for This Season

As parents and children are forced into shelter-in-home orders, we know how hard it is keep things fun and creative at home with your children. So, the KidzKlub Team has assembled three of their favorite preschool Bible crafts that you can do with things you already have around the house! We hope you enjoy these crafts as much as our families do!

“Jesus Is Risen” Easter Craft

Materials:

  • A Children’s Bible to Read the Story of Jesus’ Resurrection
  • 2 Paper Plates
  • Crayons
  • Markers
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • 1 Brad
  • Paint (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Read the story of Jesus’ Resurrection to your child(ren).
  2. Cut out a hole in the center of the first paper plate.
  3. On the back of that plate, paint (or color) the top blue for the sky and the bottom green for grass.
  4. On the second paper plate, draw an angel in the center with the words, “He Is Risen!” above him.
  5. Cut out a circle out of gray poster board larger than the hole you cut out of the first paper plate.
  6. Use a brad to attach the gray circle to cover the hole in the paper plate.
  7. Glue the two paper plates together around the edges.
  8. Now you have a cave that you can “roll away” the stone and see the angel proclaiming the good news that Jesus has risen!
